Idk what's up with that.

My rent was increased in California but there is a unit that's being advertised for rent and it's the same layout but the price is lower than what I was increased. Anyone work in housing authority that can give me an answer on here?

@NativePortlander1970 I had a great landlord before this but he ended up selling this property to a very ghetto rental company here in town. I found out they increase every tenant's rent each year with them.
