So i just saw on the news back in July in Ohio,
Someone purchased a winning powerball lottery ticket for a hundred and thirty million dollars and never claimed it,now after six months it has expired,i wonder what the story is behind that ?????

People often buy tickets that don't usually play the lottery and forget about them. There have been quite a few top prizes never claimed.
