I had a job offer in central Cali paying north of 150k, I turned it down after looking at the cost of living there. I'd still have been a pauper.

@Hanginginthere for the location it wasn't. When a studio costs 2500 a month not including utilities, and a gallon of gas is over 4.50, etc,etc, you find yourself broke all the same
