Now that California is having all this rain and flooding are those dry rivers and lakes filling back up again?

Why aren't we hearing anything about this?

I would guess more of it drains out to sea than gets saved in reservoirs. Can’t showcase that now can we

@Stereoguy I am sure some of it is. But I read an article that outlines the difficulties in diverting rain water to be collected as you'd think it should.
