@MrBrownstone Only of the Confederate states. It was never capital of the USA. Go look again, you only have six more to go. Hint: none were south of the Mason-Dixon line.

@MrBrownstone He just told you. It was in the CSA (Confederate States of America), a self declared, somewhat internationally recognized sovereign country. Richmond NEVER claimed to be capital of the USA.
