I Live In Florida

I want to move to Florida. I am living in a site built home which is very nice but much larger than I need for one person. I have rooms I don't even go in but I have to heat and cool them. Can some people that live in Florida tell me something about the real estate taxes and insurance. I would be considering a site built home or a condo. Some people have told me not to rule out the retirement communities with manufactured homes so if anyone knows anything about them let me know. I would want to be south of Orlando or Tampa in a town that has medical facilities, places to eat, shopping and everything I would need without driving a long distance. I would also want to be within an hours drive to either the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean.
