Long enough to realize it was contradictory and to see that the teachers of my church got angry when asked about these contradictions....from a child.
Ive looked at it since with the gained knowledge of an adult, but it has only shown more cracks, bad translations, power hungry bias from human hands and that it was segmently stolen from older relfions over its evolution .
I think it still has some valididty, but not in the sense that many give it.
Im still studying it on an off....along with other religious books.
