That is an artist"s representation of a guy he thinks is Jesus. It's a horribly perverted sketch. The Bible has clear guidelines for how to dress, both for men and women. I am not doing to copy and paste it for you so download E-Sword and search it. What do you care what the Bible say about anything anyway?
