@GoFish I'm glad you brought this subject up. Thank you so much. I don't want people to think God's out to condemn them but we both have understanding on this. And you're so right. I hear what you’re saying about actions mattering, and you’re right — God does call us to turn from sin.

But I just want to be clear or others, too: God condemns sin, not the person. John 3:17 says Jesus didn’t come to condemn the world, but to save it. Romans 8:1 says there is now _no condemnation_ for those in Christ Jesus.

God hates what hurts us and destroys us. But He loves us so much that He sent Jesus to take the condemnation for us on the cross. He never turns a repentant heart away. ♥

I love getting your comments and thoughts, so thank you. It's good to question and also discuss between ourselves in love. Jesus loves it when we get together and discuss his word or clear meaning. So keep them coming. I appreciate your participation and thoughts.
