God's love is not just a feeling or emotion; it's also an action. The cross of Christ is the ultimate demonstration and proof of His love.

"God demonstrated his love toward us, in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

No one could love you more. His love is extended, even when we are in a state of sin, and not yet righteous or perfect. He will give new bodies of perfection, when born-again believers meet him in heaven.

His love for us doesn't depend on our actions or worthiness. It's a love that embraces us even in our brokenness and sin.

He loves you at your best AND your worst.
He loves you in your darkest hour.
He loves you in your frustration and confusion.
He loves you even if you don't love him.
Even in your doubts and lack of understanding.
Even though you mess up.
Through your shortcomings, and despite them.
He loves all, regardless of who they are.

Romans 5:8, tells us that God's love is immeasurable and unconditional towards us. He loves and accepts you just as you are. No pleading or begging necessary. He already loves you. He made you. You are honored and so special in God's eyes. Otherwise, why would He have made special mention of you, in the following verses?

"You made man a little lower than God, and crowned him with glory and honor. You put everything under his feet." Hebrews 2:7-8

This verse emphasizes the special place God has for us in His heart and has given humanity, even in a fallen world. He sees each of us as valuable and worthy of His attention. Look at how far He came, just to save us....so "small" next to God, yet in His eyes, we are eternally loved and honored. Amazing!

"O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! Who hast set thy glory above the heavens."

Psalm 8 is a hymn by David, praising God's majestic name and glory, highlighting humanity's unique place in creation and the divine honor bestowed upon us. It marvels at God's creation, acknowledges humanity's seemingly small place in the grand scheme of things, and yet celebrates the honor and glory, God has so lovingly and graciously given to mankind.


No one will ever love you, like Jesus. His love and forgiveness lasts through eternity. It stretches as far as the east is from the west. It reaches the lowest valley, beyond the highest mountain, and further than the longest flowing rivers and deepest seas.

The sacrifice of Christ is the means through which God's grace is made available to you and I, offering forgiveness and an eternity with Him. Just think...the God of this universe wants us to be happy, and with him. There's nothing more special than that.
