Trust In The Lord

Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out it's roots by the stream l. It does not fear when heat comes; it's leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.

Absolutely. I always love that example. Trusting in the Lord is like sitting beside a cool, fresh spring. He replenishes our spirit. Worry is really a sin, is what the Bible says. It tells the Lord we don't trust him. That is, we all worry, that's kind of normal, but when it gets excessive to where it affects our faith and trust in jesus, then that becomes a problem and sinful because we're just telling the Lord we don't trust him or believe that he'll help us. Good post.
