Jehovah's answer to the prophet Habakkuk was that the appointed time to take action against wickedness will not be late, because the end of wickedness will come.
Habakkuk 2:3 says: "For the vision is yet for its APPOINTED time, and it is rushing towards its end and it will not lie. EVEN if it should delay, keep in expectation of it!"
[Cause it's coming, the end of all wickedness].
Now is the time to "seek Jehovah", seek meekness, seek righteousness. Probably you will be concealed on the day of Jehovah's anger." (Zephaniah 2:2-3).
