🎶Tears Are A Language God Understands🎶

If I was asked the question
"What can I do for the grieving"
The answer I would give
"Is to let them grieve"
If I was called upon to give advice as to what not to do it would be to not try to cheer them up.
Let them cry big rolling tears- honor their grief.
I would add, as well, try not to give cliche type answers.
Pray for them, but don't offer false hope.
Nobody, but God knows the future.
As for the grieving:
Try not to run ahead- take it day by day- that's a hard one.
Don't worry about anything petty or small.
Don't give into drama or chaos ,you need your energy.
Realize you don't have to explain your grief or how you process it.
Allow others to support you, but don't allow others to dictate what your progress should be.
It's not selfish to advocate for yourself or your loved one.
