I Am Christian

If god is supposed to love us so damn much, why is his need to have us come to him without proof more important to him than the well-being off our eternal soul?

I mean, if you had a human parent who was more concerned that you love them without any real reason than they were with their child's well-being you would consider them to be a pretty awful, selfish parent, yes?

That's not love.

No need to make excuses.

Blowing right by the notion that everybody (christian or otherwise) has enough food, water shelter and health, i was of course referring to our eternal souls.

Why is it more important how we love him or that we believe in him than it is that he makes sure we're not fucked for eternity?
