She did. James was Jesus half brother and he also had other brothers and sisters mentioned.

"He's only the carpenter, Mary's son, the brother of James, Joses, Judas and Simon; and his sisters are living here with us!”
I'm not even religious and yet I knew this!

Unless Joseph had a whole lot of children before he married Mary she birth children after Jesus. In this scripture below it is mentions the brothers of Jesus which should be for James, Joseph, Simon, Jude, she may have had daughters.

No according to Catholic belief if I'm right they teach she didn't have children but the Bible does not call James Joseph Simon and Jude disciples they call them brothers of Jesus. And Joseph would have had to have been an old man to have four boys before he married Mary, as I think the Catholics teach.

(Matthew 1:24-25) "Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: {25} And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS."

The Bible verse above clearly states that Jospeh ""knew"" Mary ( had sexual relationship with her ) After Jesus was born...
