Without wanting to state the obvious the best option is to be connected and part of a local Christian church where you live where you can meet other Christians and grow in the faith. Also helps with other things like accountability and being able to ask difficult questions which is also important and be around when things are not always as easy.

@VeronlcaJane I say my prayers and ask for guidance and forgiveness, and correct myself when I think what I want to do might be offensive to God. I thank him for the beauty I see and for the blessings I have received. A Marine raised me, so what I do does not follow church doctrine. I am a Southern Baptist because Momma was, and Daddy was a Christian who loved God.
