OO I just saw a girl with a super cute profile pic at our religious meeting

I once read about some Evangelical churches sending cute girls out to be friendly with guys and invite them to church. This happened to me once when I was in college - I was on the bus and this really cute girl sat next to me and started talking. Then she invited me to church and we ended up in a religious argument. I think that works better when the target was raised in the religion but drifted away from it.
