Jesus does speak of greater sin when he told Pontius Pilate those who turned him over to the governor has committed the greater sin. Which indicates there are different levels to different sins. (Murder is not the same as fornication even though both are sins.)

The Bible does speak of the unforgivable sin - blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.

Christians are struggling themselves against themselves and well as those around them who would cause them to sin. The Bible is clear "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God". If Christians didn't sin, Christians, they nor anyone would need a savior / a redeemer. Because we're all sinners we are given a way to redemption through love and belief and trust in Christ, he knows we're going to mess up. The difference is Christians admit or should admit they are sinners and strive to be obedient to the Lord against what he has classified as sinful rebellion. And when we fall repent.
Unbelievers couldn't care less about what sin they do, and definitely have no belief in Father God or the Lord Yeshua.
And this COUNTRY has freedom of religion. This COUNTRY has freedom of speech, as long as it's not an immediate threat to anyone's life. Now you can say stfu that's your freedom. The good thing is Christians don't have to, and definitely not at your command.
