Yes.. Jesus gave warning of false prophets,, of false Messiah's of fallen angels masqurading as Gods Angels of Light..

In the western world we had another guy called Joseph Smith who also claimed to meet an angel called moroni, he founded the cult Mormonism which had a lot on common with the cult islam..
