As Christians, we cannot subscribe to any form of racism or bigotry, as it violates the Royal Law.

The Royal Law was given to us in Matthew 22:37-39:

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

If there was any confusion about who qualifies as a neighbor, Jesus provided the answer in the parable of the good Samaritan. It's a fable as old as mankind. The person whom you least expect to help you out of a bad situation may be the very person who does. Ergo, we are all neighbors. How would you feel if you spent your life hating people because of their skin color or sexual orientation and someone of that same demographic saved your life? There are plenty of gay doctors/surgeons and also plenty of them are Black, Hispanic, Chinese, Oriental, etc.

Moreover, if you are a true Christian, you are to treat everyone the same, showing no respect of persons. That is the Royal Law - the greatest commandment given to us by Jesus Christ.

@bleach Well yes i do pray.. As a Christian i talk to God now and then..
@justanothername The scope of sexual sin goes beyond a simple fuck. The implications of sexual sin include divided homes, destroyed marriages, torn families apart, murder, hate, revenge, abortion, children raised up in dysfunctional families, broken homes, orphans, unloved and unwanted. So, it's not just anti-fornication that we preach, we are asking that humans be more responsible so that these things don't happen.
@justanothername We see a problem and we say, "what's the solution?" Gun violence, the solution: take away guns. But will that stop the perpetrator from committing acts of violence?

If a person is set on killing the innocent, you take away his gun, then what? He goes out and finds the easiest prey - women, children, the elderly - he goes out and find them and kill them with a gun, or with a knife or with anything. So, we say that taking away guns isn't a viable solution.

Our solution is that we foster an environment where everyone is loved and we raise people to love and respect each other and not hate. Now, a man cannot begin to respect a woman's body if he doesn't respect his own body. This is what you guys don't understand. It is an impossibility for a person to love another person if they hate themselves. A man who cannot love his own body cannot love a woman's body. So we say that first you must respect your own body and do not do acts of violence against your body.
