The Word of God says stay away, which should be enough. Here is some deeper understanding, though, so you know what you're up against.
The Bible calls Satan "the god of this world", meaning he has the legal right to manipulate circumstance as he pleases. Evidence of this goes all the way back to Job. God never tests us; the devil does. God is always on your side, however Satan is the god of this world. We are in this world, but not of it.
God has one plan for your life. As a Christian, you have direct access to God through prayer and through the Holy Spirit. It is important to remember that the Holy Spirit was not available until after the Pentecost. Jesus promised he would send a comforter (no, he didn't mean a warm blanket!) and he did so by sending the Holy Ghost. The disciples did not even have this while Jesus was alive - but you do!
The Holy Spirit is all the guidance you need for your life personally. The Bible provides a framework of understanding for all Christians generally. So for general questions you can go to the Bible and for answers and guidance specific to you, you can go to the Holy Spirit.
As for Satan, the devil wants for you any thing that will keep you from God's plan. So God has one plan for you, and the devil doesn't care what you do so long as it is not God's plan. So however the deceiver can deceive you, he will. He will with drugs and alcohol. He will with gambling. He will with tarot and astrology. Any way he can keep you from the plan of God, and God loses (you), the devil wins.
Divination is just a tool that Satan has access to in order to deceive you and keep you from God's plan for your life. This is why it is an abomination (that which is exceptionally loathsome, hateful, sinful, wicked, or vile).
Since Satan is the god of this world, he is able to manipulate divination in order to deceive you. This is exceptionally loathsome, hateful, sinful, wicked, and vile - an abomination - and must absolutely be avoided if you want God's blessing and not Satan's curse.

The bible has instances where magic is recordes.
Moses went to Pharoah who had his magicians turn there staves into snakes.
King Saul, went to the witch of Endor to conjur up the spirit of Samuel the prophet.
Th apostles had a seer following them, proclaoming they were prohets of GOD.
So.yeah, I believe in the stuff; and I believe its wrong.

Look at it this way? We can always pray to God or else we could try to "force His hand" ... one of those is pretty disrespectful, don't you think?

Whether it would be a biblical problem,or not, is irrelevant. It is an abomination to God.That is all I need to know to stay away from it.🤷♀️
