Jude references Enoch in his Epistle. So the Lord allowed a truth from that book to be shared.

We might be able to learn from extra biblical writings, but they do not carry the same truth or authority of the Scriptures.

@OverTheHill Truthfully sir, I'm not sure if they do or not, because I don't know the people who took them out or if we'll ever know the real reason why. I'm not sure they had the authority to do that. If they were part of the Bible before, I doubt God gave them the authority to take anything out. Even in the Book of Revelation it talks about whoever adds or takes away from the Bible, shall be cursed, and they did that, so I don't know if we can say it doesn't carry the same truth or authority because it was in the scriptures and part of the scriptures before man decided it should be taken out.
