At Least Some Still Know What "Hallowe'en" Is.
I saw an announcement in our local paper's events-page, for a special service on 31st October, titled Flight of Angels - A Musical Meditation for All Souls.
It promises:
"Music by Taverner, Vaughan Williams and Lauridsen, framed by words from Scripture and Poetry. A musical meditation to remember those who have died."
I.e. All Hallows' Eve; a memorial service.
