I'm concerned about you. If you haven't believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, you are on your way to Hell to be burned alive for all of eternity.
It is an unfathomable pain and torment, where you will weep, wail and gnash your teeth, never to escape. This could begin for you in the next couple of minutes, because you never know when you're going to die.
The Bible says in James 4:14, "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."
This life is merely one dash between two dates and after that is all of eternity. You are not promised tomorrow, so now is the time to make the most important decision of your life about where you will spend eternity.
You know that there is a God. Romans 1:20 says, "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:"
Psalms 19:1 - The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
And the one true God who created all that is would not leave us in the dark about how we can know Him and what He wants from us.
Acts 17:26 -27 - And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
You see, anyone who is seeking the truth will find it. God did not leave us in the dark, because He gave us a perfect book - The Bible, which gives us the instructions to Heaven. Instructions that Satan does not want you to hear and find out.
The Bible is unlike all other religious books. The four gospels contain no less than 48 fulfilled prophecies about one man, and every single prophecy was recorded more than 400 years before He was born. Not even the dates set by higher critics of the Scripture can change the fact that the Old Testament was completed years before the events of the New Testament took place. The mathematical laws of probability prove this phenomenon to be true. Peter Stone, a professor in mathematics and Astronomy at Pasadena City College and Westmount College, demonstrated (through statistical probability) that the odds of any man besides Jesus of Nazareth fulfilling these Old Testament prophecies are not only astronomical, they are statistically impossible. In his book Science Speaks, Dr. Stoner determined that the chance of any one fulfilling the 48 prophecies that Christ fulfilled in the Gospels was one out of ten with 157 zeros after it. The total number of electrons in the known universe is estimated at 10 with 52 zeros after it. In other words, the chance of Jesus Christ fulfilling all 48 prophecies lies outside of science and nature. This isn't all. Not only 48 prophecies, but 500 more that have not been fulfilled yet, that will be fulfilled in the near future.
We are in a spiritual war here on this earth. Satan and his devil minions are running amok and exist beyond visible light, so we cannot detect them with our eyes, but they are doing whatever they can to prevent you from hearing this.
2 Corinthians 4:4 - In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
So, remove the blindfold and read and receive these instructions on how to get to Heaven:
The first thing you must realize is that you are a sinner who has sinned against a perfect, holy and just God.
Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Sin is defined as breaking God's law.
1 John 3:4 - Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
Romans 3:10-13 - As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
So, you see, there is NONE righteous or good, as we have all broke God's law. Only God - Jesus Christ is good.
The Bible is clear that we have all sinned in thought, word and action.
In Proverbs 24:9 it says that even "The thought of foolishness is sin..."
Let's see the commandments:
1. Thou shalt not steal. Have you ever stolen?
2. Thou shalt not kill. This is restated by the Lord Jesus, “Thou shalt do no murder.” 1 John 3:15 adds to this command, “Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.” Have you ever hated or disliked anyone?
3. Thou shalt not commit adultery. The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 5:28, “Whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.” Have you ever viewed pornography?
4. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. Do you have any images or icons of Mary or any saint?
5. Thou shalt not bear false witness. Have you ever lied, exaggerated, or remained silent and hid the truth?
6. Thou shalt not covet. Have you ever envied with greed the possessions or wealth of another?
7. Honour thy father and thy mother. Have you ever disobeyed or dishonored your parents?
8. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Have you loved the Lord God first and foremost your entire life?
If you answered any question in the affirmative, you are guilty of all. The holy God stated in James 2:10, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
So you would not be accepted by God as a good person. If one is found guilty here on earth, a judge is required to serve justice and punish the offender. So must our God.
There is a penalty for sin.
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Wages are something that you earn. You have earned death because you've sinned. This is why humans die.
There is also a second death, which is eternal hellfire.
Revelation 21:8 - But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Hell is described in the Bible as being in the heart of the earth (Matthew 12:40), which matches science, and the Bible knew about this way before science did. Science says that the earth's core is intensely hot (roughly 5,400°C to 6,000°C/9,800°F to 10,800°F, which is as hot as the surface of the Sun) and contains a vast amount of sulfur - the literal definition of brimstone. Geochemical studies estimate that the core holds up to 8.5 x 10^18 tons of sulfur, meaning the center of our planet is indeed filled with extreme heat and massive reserves of brimstone.
Notice in revelation 21:8 that it says even all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
It only takes one lie to be a liar, just like it only takes you to kill one person to be a murderer. This verse shows that all are guilty.
Revelation 20:15 says, "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
But God does not want us to go to Hell, which is why He made a way out.
Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
While we were liars, while we were adulterers, while we were murderers, while we were idolators, while we were coveters, while we were blasphemers and so on, the Lord Jesus Christ died for us.
Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh.
1 Timothy 3:16 - And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
So God left glory, He left heaven and became a human being, was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a perfect and sinless life. He witnessed his own creation laugh at Him, mock Him, spit on Him, beat Him and ultimately crucify Him for you and for me.
So, we broke God's law and Jesus Christ paid our fine and debt on the cross.
1 Peter 2:24 - Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
So, Jesus Christ bare every sin we have ever done in his body while he was on the cross. He was being punished for our sins.
2 Corinthians 5:21 - For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
When you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, His righteousness is imputed unto you so that you can stand justified before God.
Jesus Christ is abundantly clear that He is THE ONLY way to Heaven.
John 14:6 - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
And while Jesus Christ was on the cross, he shed his blood for us. And those who receive Him are washed from their sins in his own blood. There's power in the blood!
Revelation 1:5 - And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
But Jesus Christ was also buried and victoriously rose again the third day. We serve a risen and living Savior.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4 - Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Now, in response to all of this, the Bible says that there is one thing you have to do to be saved.
Acts 16:30-31 - And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 1:15 - And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
To believe on the Lord Jesus Christ means to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and what he did for you to get into Heaven. To believe in him does not just mean to accept that he existed, it means to place all of your trust in his death, burial and resurrection as a payment for your sins. When you have done this, you have repented, because the word repent simply means a change of mind. It means to turn. You are turning from unbelief to belief. So when you repent, you are turning to Jesus Christ and believing in Him.
And once you believe in Him, you are born again.
John 3:3 - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 1:12-13 - But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
There's only two religions in the world - Christianity and the rest. Salvation in Christianity comes by grace alone through faith alone in the finished work of Jesus Christ alone, whereas every other religion is a works based system, meaning that you are justified or made righteous by your own works in all other religions.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."
You see, it is NOT of yourselves. It is NOT of works. It is a gift. And guess what? A gift is free. The giver pays for a gift, not the receiver. And Jesus Christ is the giver of this gift.
The second part of the verse I quoted earlier in Romans 3:23 is "...the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Eternal life is forever or everlasting, meaning it never ends.
The Bible is abundantly clear that the moment you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you are always saved. You can never lose your salvation. The Bible explicitly teaches Once Saved Always Saved or Eternal Security.
John 10:28 - And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
The any man includes yourself, so even you can't pluck yourself out of His hand.
The moment you get saved, you will not come into condemnation, are passed from death unto life and you receive the Holy Spirit and are sealed unto the day of redemption.
John 5:24 - Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Ephesians 1:12-14 - That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
So what will you choose? To be believe on Jesus Christ and have everlasting life or to not see life and have God's wrath abiding on you?
John 3:36 - He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Jesus Christ said that the moment you believe in Him is when you receive eternal life and then you will never die.
John 11:25-26 - Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
If you believe this Gospel message in your heart, call upon the name of the Lord.
Romans 10:9-13 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Confessing with your mouth and calling upon the name of the Lord is telling God that this is what you believe and that you accept the truth.
I plead with you to make the right decision today and get saved. Now is the day of salvation.
2 Corinthians 6:2 - (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
The Bible says in James 4:14, "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."
