I was browsing Quora as I frequently do and found this and I thought it post worthy.

Now let it be noted that I don’t know anything about these demons mentioned, Incubus or Succubus, and I’ve never experienced sleep paralysis in my life, however, I’m very familiar with the Word of the Living God, and have a relationship with Jesus Christ. I know him and he knows me. He told us clearly in his word that all believers can cast out demons and we have power over them.

I’ve never had much experience with the supernatural and neither did I ever at anytime desire to. But when I moved into a house I bought around 7 years ago, very strange things happened. I won’t go into a lot of detail but these were things I couldn’t explain away. And it brought with it fear. I dreaded when the sun went down. As several months went be, I got good and tired of that and decided I’d put my faith in action. I prayed over some olive oil and went through my house commanding any evil spirit/s there to go in the name of Jesus, anointing every wall and piece of furniture I have. No more fear from that day til this very day and nothing supernatural from the darkness occurs where me, a child of God resides.

If you should have ever experienced any darkness in your dwellings, just know that you don’t have to live in fear of demons. If you are born again, you have the power through the name of Jesus to make them go. They hold no power over you. If you don’t know Jesus, you can in a minutes time. And you too will be able to clear your home. You don’t need crystals, metals, candles, sage or any chants. Let me tell you people… Demons and the Devil himself fear and tremble at the very name of Jesus.
