Spirit and Truth

Jesus said our Father is Spirit and we must worship him in spirit and Truth.

What does he mean?

Does he mean our Father has no physical form?

Scripture tells us there is nothing that can that could contain God our Father.

Scripture tells us the Earth is our Father God's footstool.

Scripture tells us our Father God is everywhere at all times.

We use the physical body in our worship but it is our spirit, our souls / what can be considered the heart of man that controls the physical body that worships the Lord our God. We must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Only someone in denial who would refuse that other life outside of this Earth exist as written in Scripture.....

Only one in denial would refuse that they have been here from the beginning and communicated with man even taught man.
