Interesting conversations abound!

I’m like most people, a busy person with life and the things in my orbit that make me give a lot of my free time to, but also my mental time, the things I think about most.

I’m Catholic, and the Church often confuses me with the various things that are considered by the varied perspectives given. I mean when you think about it Saint Francis seemed very radical in his teachings just at the time the church was persecuting people in Languedoc called Cathars!

Then you speak to a radical Protestant who talks about the end times, the rapture and the signs of the end of times. It makes you look at and think about the things the Apostle Matthew was teaching about in Matthew Chapter 24. I get into researching my own religion and its teachings.

I have so much to learn and so much to think about as a Christian. I know we are all receiving a good deal of persecution from nonbelievers just as we have for two thousand years!

I know there are people who see the woke stuff as proof of social collapse, regular in many places, knife attacks, the gender disparity and sexual abuse, everything seems to be the opposite of what it used to be and the natural relationships are seen as aberrations. Earthquakes, floods, wars and child abductions and so much else! Read Matthew 24, and ponder what was going on in Noah’s days that resulted in the Flood!
