Sermon based on 1 Kings 19:1-10
. When you fear, worry, etc remember the same God who guided Elijah will guide you!
. It is so easy for us in the pampered West for us to forget about the sufferings of our brothers and sister across the world.
. Even after all the miracles Elijah witnessed he was still scared of Jezebel, but before we judge Elijah, do we not often do the same?
. You can go nowhere, even the furthest depths of the universe, where God's eye is not upon you, nothing escapes His gaze.
. If people are ungrateful God sees your service and He knows your trials with an omniscient gaze.
. Surely what is best for you is what God's providence decreed!
