Spurgeon's Morning and Evening as a devotional will always come first AFTER my daily Bible reading but I got a new devotional now and can confirm with the Thomas Watson reading today it was fantastic!

I remember in November my pastor shared a reading from this book and the life of Thomas Vincent- a man who stayed behind in London during the plague of the 1600s to minister and encourage (when many people fled).
