Most people are living in an artificially induced state of consciousness that resembles sleep. They have been lulled into a trance, a mass hypnosis.
The Bible says that the little g god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of them which don’t believe in Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 4:4 - In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
The rulers of the darkness this world are waging a biochemical/ biological, electromagnetic, technological, social and psychological war on human consciousness.
The elites try to convince the world that this 5 sense reality is all that there is. When people lose faith in anything beyond the material, they gain absolute faith in materiality, superficiality, status, selfishness, hedonism and consumerism. If there is no God, and everyone is just an accident, then all that really matters is me, me, me. Their rich, powerful corporations sell people idols to worship, slowly taking over the world while the masses tacitly believe their “science,” vote for their politicians, buy their products, listen to their music, and watch their movies, sacrificing their souls at the altar of materialism.
They have gotten people to spend their lives completely distracted, setting their minds on the things of this world instead of setting their minds on what truly matters: eternity. On Heavenly things. Nothing is more important than where you will spend eternity.
The Bible says in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." The Bible defines sin as the transgression of Gods law (1 John 3:4).
So God tells us not to lie, not to steal, so on and so forth, and we do it anyway. the Bible even says that the thought of foolishness is sin (Proverbs 24:9). So not only have we broken Gods law with our deeds, but also with our words, mind and heart. Jesus said if you look upon a woman with lust in your heart you have committed adultery already with her (Matt 5:28). There is an example of a sin according to the heart and mind. Proverbs 23:7 says as a man thinketh in his heart so he is.
So in this fallen world we have all sinned, we have all come short of the glory, the perfection, the righteousness of God. We are not perfect and because we have sinned we earned something. the Bible says in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death..." So because we have sinned, the repercussion or penalty is that we will die, and that is twofold: your body physically goes into the ground when you die, but your soul spends eternity in one of two places: heaven or hell.
Hell is real indeed. The Birmingham News, April 10, 1987 had an article entitled "Earths center hotter than Sun's Surface, Scientist say". The article stated that scientists have recently discovered, "THE EARTH'S INNER CORE HAS A TEMPERATURE OF OVER 12,000 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT!"
Have you seen pictures of a volcano erupting, spewing a lake of fire from inside the earth — consuming everything within miles just from the heat? When Mount St. Helens erupted in May 18, 1980, it was described by reporters, "when HELL surfaced upon the earth." The book, Volcanoes, Earth's Awakening (p.91) describes an erupting volcano as "descent into HELL".
Thousands of years ago, the Bible described a place called hell in the heart of the earth that matches exactly what science has discovered. Revelation 14:10 says, " . . . and He shall be tormented with fire and BRIMSTONE . . ." And Job 18:21 describes the " . . . PLACE of him that knoweth not God" and in verse 15 as, " . . . BRIMSTONE shall be scattered upon his habitation."

St Helens erupted in 1980 — 150,000 tons of sulfurous gas was ejected! This is the dilemma because God does not want to send us to hell, but someone has to pay for our sin.

Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Don’t miss that: while we were yet sinners; while we were yet fornicators, while we were yet liars, while we were yet thieves and adulterers, while we were yet idolators, etc etc. Now watch this, the Bible says the wages of sin is death and here it says that Christ died for us, meaning that the punishment or penalty I deserved, Christ paid that for me and not only for me but for the sins of the whole entire world. The second part of Romans 6:23 is "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Now here is what you have to understand about Christ: he was born of a virgin and lived a sinless, perfect life. Jesus was without spot, without blemish and the perfect lamb of God which takes away the sin of the world. And Jesus performed many miracles: he walked on water, healed the blind, deaf, lame and dumb. He preached great sermons and men heard him and they said never man spake like this man. There is something different about this man. He proclaimed to be the Son of the living God and not only that but he said I and my father are one. One what? One God. He claimed to be God.
Jesus is not some ordinary man. He is the God man; God manifest in the flesh. The Bible says in John 1:1, in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. 1 John 5:7 says that the father, the word (son) and the Holy Spirit are one. These three are one. Hebrews 1:8 says, “But unto the son he saith, thy throne O, God, Is forever and ever.” So, Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, died for your past, present and future sins and paid the fine on the cross.
He was buried in a tomb for 3 days and 3 nights and on the 3rd day, gloriously, he physically rose from the dead and conquered hell and death. So that is the gospel, that is the crux of what we have to believe to be saved. So the Bible says in Acts 16:30-31, it asks that question, "And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" Then it says in verse 31, “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”
THIS IS KEY. Salvation is very easy, very simple. It is as easy as drinking a cup of water and walking through a door. Believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is putting all of your trust and faith on Jesus alone for salvation; putting your trust in what he did for you on the cross, the death, burial and resurrection, to get you to heaven. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Romans 4:5 states, "But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness."
Like I stated earlier, the Bible makes it very clear that you can know for sure you're going to Heaven in 1 John 5:13, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."
Now, many struggle with wrapping their mind around the concept of Hell. But let me say this,
God is love. Wouldn't you say that the love of God passes all understanding? Ephesians 3:17-19 says, "That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God."
God's wrath is the same way, It passes all understanding. No one has love like God has. God is the ultimate in love and He is also the ultimate in vengeance. True love must also hate evil and sin, otherwise it is a fake love. Romans 12:9 says, "Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good."
So, if you can't grasp or fully wrap your mind round the love of God because it passes all understanding, if you can't fully relate to the love of God or if you can't come close to having that kind of love in your heart, why would you expect to understand or have the level of vengance in your heart that God has in His heart. The atheist would say, "Well, I wouldn't send all of those people to Hell." Yeah, but you wouldn't die on the cross for people either! You wouldn't go to Hell for anyone either. But yet Jesus Christ died on the cross for us, He took upon Himself the sins of the world and took the whole brunt of the wrath God the father poured out on the Son and He went to Hell for 3 days and 3 nights. That is an amount of love that I can't comprehend because I don't love anyone to that level, and if you are honest, you would say the same thing.
If we can't grasp the love of God, why would we think that we can grasp the wrath of God. God's wrath is also on this other level that we can't process. God is so far beyond us on His love and His justice. Vengeance is not necessarily a bad thing because it stems from God's righteousness. So, if you try to process Hell and the wrath of God just like you struggle to process the love of God, because you would find it hard to believe that God has forgiven someone like Jeffrey Dahmer and that Jeffrey Dahmer is in Heaven right now because He ended up believing on the Lord Jesus Christ and getting saved.
Romans 3:24-26 - "Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus."
The Bible is unlike all other religious books. The four gospels contain no less than 48 fulfilled prophecies about one man, and every single prophecy was recorded more than 400 years before He was born. Not even the dates set by higher critics of the Scripture can change the fact that the Old Testament was completed years before the events of the New Testament took place. The mathematical laws of probability prove this phenomenon to be true. Peter Stone, a professor in mathematics and Astronomy at Pasadena City College and Westmount College, demonstrated (through statistical probability) that the odds of any man besides Jesus of Nazareth fulfilling these Old Testament prophecies are not only astronomical, they are statistically impossible. The total number of electrons in the known universe is estimated at 10 with 52 zeros after it. A brain that can't hear a dog whistle or even see certain patterns on plants that some insects can see.
