Great time at church today- looked like a quiet one with a few people.
The pastor prayed for a young couple who regularly attend- minutes later they came in, then another. Then another. Then the British Carribean lady at the meeting last Wednesday.
Then another young Colombian couple my wife and I's age with their children.
During the service the children were running round the church, playing, screaming, pulling funny faces, you know kid stuff. Yes I know you were expecting a reformed church like ours to be clutching our pearls but no- it's the body of Christ and being grumpy about kids doesn’t have a place in church!
Fellowship was great- obviously my wife and I gravitated towards the usual couple, the Colombian couple and the British Carribean lady, all our age.
Great fellowship and it's great seeing a church grow!
Also in our church we now have South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Guyana, Colombia and Brazil, what a great way to show the diverse body of Christ and what a great way to show God has us exactly where he wants us!
