My thoughts on Charlie Kirk
I actually agree with lots of people on here- it was very dissapointing to see jokes about a parent of two and a spouse being assinated. I can only hope his grieving wife doesn't go around looking for joke memes about his death on X, thankfully she almost certainly won't know about here.
But let us as Christians not engage in rage bait comments, calling people insults shows a low regard for humans made in God's image.
Lastly this is a challenging point- as said humans are made in the image of God- would we also be just as enraged if AOC, Bernie Sanders, etc were assisinated and the right made joke memes about it? As Christian individuals who believe humans are made in God's image we should be.
My prayers for Charlie's family that the love of Christ may be with them and for those of his family who do not know Christ, may they know the saviour's love.
