Whoa! That is a pretty bold statement but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.
It is so refreshing after reading the man centred theology here and it's absurd statements that imply absurd things like God requires our faith to get him to act, that he desperately needs us and that we weren't created to glorify him, but instead we were created for him to be a butler to us.
