Barnabas Aid Highlights Sep/Oct 2025
. Pray for the Barnabas Aid funded schools so Pakistani Christian children can get an education and use it to the glory of God.
. Pray for the victims and victim's families of a terrorist attack in Syria on a church which left 25 ded and 6o injured.
. Praise God for the food delivery to Christians that needed in Zimbabwe- it has replenished the energy and fed many- the priority being the elderly, disabled children those with long term illnesses, etc.
. On a theology article Barnabas Aid wrote " The greater your obstacle, the greater opportunity for God to be glorified as we entrust the problem to him."
. In Nigeria's Benue state. A Christian village elder lost his wife and children. Another Christian survivor ,Tsegba cried after losing her mum and sisters to their house that was set on fire, "My beloved mum and beautiful sisters, go well till we meet again. I love you, but God loves you more."
I will always repeat this point when doing these posts- you should care about these people and you should be moved by these stories if you are in Christ. Why? They are your family!
God is not some self help guru as many on here potray him- as Spurgeon put it suffering is part of the Christian life and God sends it to is most faithful servants as trials to purify and strengthen them.
Do not read about these people like statistics if you are truly in Christ. Pray for your persecuted family in Christ.
