. There is a day when we will all stand before the judgement seat of Christs- your medical appointments, holidays, etc aren't certain. This appointment is!
. "All Christians are hypocrites" a true believer can be told by their growth in Christ- we're not perfect though!
. If you are a true believer you will love your brothers and sisters in Christ!
. We spend ages on social media- might that time be spent better worshipping and serving the Lord?
. Meditate on future glory- this will be your future in eternity seeing Christian brothers and sisters you have known and read about!
. When we are in our trials view our lives as a pilgrimage, our longest trials will not even be a second compared to eternity.
. Your money isn't your money- every last penny of it belongs to God!
. Seek to serve, in church and community, other gods do not serve, but Christ (God the Son) came to serve- how much more should we?
. Treat all the same- everyone is made in the image of God!
. What a contrast- our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ risking it all to attend church and fellowship but many in the West to idle to attend and being arrogant enough to think they can walk with Christ alone.
Another example from the persecuted church is they always pray for their persecutors- so then can't we as Christians pray for those who wrong us? All vengeance belongs to God.
. When we pray "Your will be done", do we really mean it?
