Preachers have always taught that prices of food was going to increase and increase until it would become unaffordable for many people.
We actually see that occurring today each time there is some type of disaster prices increase and they never go down.
Reasons given today are tariffs, but are these increases at the rate they have increased spiritually necessary or is it because it's a way to add more money to their profit. Many of these companies net multi-billions annually, but they pay out doesn't even come close to what they bring in. And others have a certain lifestyle they're living and they want to keep that amount of money coming, so they are increased prices on their wares, whatever it may be.
Last week a 5 lb roll of ground beef was $19.99 which was an increase from $14.99 to $19.99 over the past 3 years. Within one week that same 5 lb roll of ground beef increased from $19.99 to $24.99 / $25.99 in another grocery chain.
Government and grocery chains as well as retailers say that prices will stabilize and go down they've been saying this for decades and it hasn't occurred yet.
