The Seven Trumpets
The sounding of these trumpet are to issue and events that are supposed to happen in the end times. How close are we to the 7th, and the seventh trumpet tells us that the kingdoms of this Earth has become the kingdoms of God which means he's here.
The first trumpet: hail and fire mingled with blood third part of the trees will burn up and all the grass. There are more forest fires which is destroying a lot of trees greenery then times past.
The second trumpet: like as a great mountain of fire cast into the sea and the Sea became blood a third part of the creatures died the third part of the ships were destroyed. Overfishing is taking much of the marine life, then there is also oil spills and red tide that kill many many of the marine life
The Third trumpet: star from heaven Phil on the third part of the rivers, and a third part of the rivers became wormwood, meaning unsafe to drink. Pollution has polluted much of the fresh water, if not for chemicals purifying it we would be in trouble.
The fourth trumpet: a third part of the sun, moon and stars were smitten, and the days were cut short. Certain volcanic eruptions, meteorite/asteroid strikes, or nuclear weaponry can cause this.
The fifth trumpet: the star that fell from heaven was given the key to the bottomless pit and in scorpions were loosed torment those of mankind who did not have the seal of God. What could their torment be? Hunger, crime, plagues, mental and physical distresses, financial distresses, wars, and such
The sixth trumpet: before Angels held at the bottom of the Euphrates were loosed to kill one third of mankind. And even then man did not repent. To kill 1/3 of mankind, as of today that would be around 2 and a third billion people. Maybe nuclear weaponry, maybe an asteroid, maybe the most deadly plague.
