@Sidewinder Exactly. True happiness is attained through suffering, struggling and denying yourself. This does not give you instant gratification and might be uncomfortable for a time, but it leads to real, long term benefits. A comfortable and sedentary life of just pleasure may give the illusion of happiness for a season, but it ends in the utmost depression and darkness.
