Christian Love

Working my notice now- redundancy is inevitable and confirmed.

I may take a break from posting but not commenting, not doing yesterday's sermon notes.

A great example of Christian love yesterday- after church and fellowship the pastor took us into his office and prayed for my wife and I yesterday- it made me feel great and even more importantly really lifted my wife's spirits after her second miscarriage.

So for some break thoughts how do you know you have a great pastor:

. After his sermons and fellowship when you're home you don't log in to the news to be outraged- you know what the most important thing for your Country is and that it is the saving Gospel.

. He preaches sermons exalting God's glory and sovereignty.

. He always clearly preaches the Gospel

Points off the top of my head.

Job redundancy is a challenge for everyone who faces it but try to see it an opportunity to obtain a position better than the one you had.
I believe you have the fortitude to do so.
Good luck in your endeavours.
@Nimbus Thankyou! Several people have mentioned this to me and this actually happened to my pastor before he became a pastor. I do take this as a sign!
