Job redundancy is a challenge for everyone who faces it but try to see it an opportunity to obtain a position better than the one you had. I believe you have the fortitude to do so. Good luck in your endeavours.
@Nimbus Thankyou! Several people have mentioned this to me and this actually happened to my pastor before he became a pastor. I do take this as a sign!
While in the pastor's office I noticed some old, worn books- for my mind it's fascinating to think they may have been there since early in our local Baptist chapel's history- if only they could tell us the stories and the beautiful fellowship they encountered from of old!
