Trouble At The Temple / And The Church
We all know Jesus went in the temple and he was very displeased with what he saw. How man had organized its workings. The gentiles on the outer Court, the women on the inner court, the Israelite men inside the temple, the priest Sadducees Pharisees dressed in all of their priestly attire where peasant Israelites could not enter, the holy of holies and the most holy. The priest allowed buying, selling, and trading. Most people probably were not there for prayer or praise.
Jesus changed all of that, he included the gentiles, and the women, even though he came to the house of Israel only. He sent his disciples and commissioned Paul to spread the gospel to the world. Women and gentiles had a part in the church women prophetess, Deaconess, teachers, ministers and the same applies to the gentiles.
But
What about today's churches, if the first coming of Christ which was being born as he was over 2,000 years ago, how would he react to the churches of today, you answer!
My answer is not much is different.
