Shrinks have to report threats, priests have been exempt.
Shrinks are supposed to report threats to lives.
To be fair, priests handle what has already happened, shrinks are actually trained in predicting outcomes.

@Roundandroundwego well my trolling person I guess I should have been more precise.

So I will it: is not mandatory in some states for a psychiatrist to report past crimes. Which makes psychiatrist fall under my comment.

To confess a crime you have already did it. "Already committing the crime", is not a future crime.
