We know about this but I want to view this from another view.
Nard is grown in the Himalayas.
Imagine the plants in the Himalayas growing that ointment that was to be poured on our saviour's head.
Imagine the journey of the traders obtaining it, transporting it to the destination in Israel- the memories they had of their journey and the beautiful sights of the Himalayas.
On their journey did they know that some of the blessed ointment they were carrying would be poured on our Saviour's head?
It's amazing how the more we look into it, the more the Bible makes us wonder.
