A snapshot of God's work in Venezuela
My Open Doors prayer diary reading took me to Venezuela today.
A notorious jailed gang leader accepted a visit from a pastor in jail.
When the pastor quoted Psalm 119:114 to the prisoner how did the gang leader react- get angry? Defensive? Worse?
He cried. What a sight to behold- a notorious gang leader crying at the Psalm verse! Why? That exact verse was his very mum's favourite verse to read to him.
What is the now former gang leader up to now? He actively supports the pastor's ministry in the jail and there are prisoners now coming to know Christ!
