Sermon Notes 20/10/24
Great service in church today and great question by the pastor- to serve or be served?
The answer should be obvious as Christians, indeed our serving can be a form of worship, because when we do serve, it should be done for God's glory, by showing the love of Christ to others!
Different Christians have different talents so we must serve according to the gifts God has given us.
To really show how little our Christian walk is about ourselves and about God's glory, the ending hymn contained the words "Everything we have is yours (God's").
Stay tuned, as the pastor told us a story that shows us servitude and the Gospel in an amazing way, this story deserves it's own post, but you will have to wait until tommorow!
