One year since......

It's one year since the major conflict broke out between Israel and Palestine, sadly it doesn't look like it will end anytime soon.

It is easy for us in the West to remember our Israeli brothers and sisters in Christ, and it's great to do so, but we must also remember our brothers and sisters in Christ in the Gaza strip too.

As Joe Kirby also said- we must remember if commenting and approving on the mass bombing, it is easy for us in the West with all the food, housing and wifi we need to be armchair experts.....

And further to the above, there is no other Biblical conclusion except to conclude that people in the Gaza strip are also made in God's image.

Let us pray for peace and an end to the conflict and that both Palestinian and Israeli Christians may be a beacon of light and hope to their communities.

Ultimately, there will be a day when Christ will return and the new world will appear and a perfected Gaza strip and Israel will be there, with no more pain, suffering, death and tears will be wiped from the believer's eyes.

How do we get to be part of this new world? By trusting in Christ and his work on the cross alone for our salvation.

Your trust in your faith is admirable.
Your ability to understand and follow that faith is as well.
Unfortunately, the people that profess to be fellow followers are only posers. Twisting the words of peace and fellowship to suit their unchristianlike needs.
One needn't adhere to faith to be a good, fair, empathic human being.
Just as one proclaiming to be faithful can be a horrible human being.
@Carla Thankyou. There are alot of bad examples on here so these posts will keep coming!

The problem is they act like their Country is the only one that matters, I am trying to get through to them.

Thankfully, eternal salvation is dependant on trusting in the saving work of Christ on the cross. If it was based on our works, none would make it to heaven.
