An amazing sister in Christ.
Joni Eareckson Tada became a quadriplegic after a rafting accident and her testimony of faith is incredible.
I also love her exposes of "faith healers" , for example ofcourse, after becoming paralysed out of desperation she went to a Kathryn Kuhlman (who would later inspire CON ARTIST Benny Hinn) "healing" crusuade but ofcourse she was moved to the wheelchair section as you can't use NLP tricks to get someone out of a wheelchair!
Her faith is inspirational and contagious- at one point she was even dealing with cancer- so chronic pain, quadrapalegia and then the agonies of cancer and chemotherapy.
On top of everything, Joni also authors Christian literature, articles AND is a disability rights advocate.
