The Common Blessings

Christians- aren't our common blessings by God great? But we can get too wrapped up in them, liking posts with them is all good but neglecting ones about our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ and posts with good theology isn't.

With our marriage there is no prediction with how our spouse reacts if we get a life altering condition and in a high risk job like law enforcement- you may well be maimed or killed by a quick criminal.

Life is unpredictable- the Christians in Gaza didn't expect to lose their home and churches to bombing and have Christians abroad cheering about it.

The Ukrainian brothers and sisters in Christ bravely fighting in Ukraine for their Country didn't expect their fellow Christians in another Country to cheer at the concept of a campaign to strip them of much needed equipment in fighting a Russian army that persecutes the church in parts of Ukraine that they currently illegally occupy.

Friends, we do not know what we will be one day but we know Christ and that he shed his blood for us and that we will one day be with him, without suffering anymore!

Amen to that, brother. One thing that can't be lost is our relationship with Christ as he will never abandon us nor leave us. We know who loves us and where we're going when we die and that is a great blessing but we should always remember and pray for those who are suffering, no matter who they are or where they are. May God give them strength to persevere and go on. Made many be won to Christ. He's the only true and stable one to turn to. He is our safe place.
