Not all Churches believe in pre-trib rapture.

Not even all evangelical Churches believe in it.

@Zeusdelight True, but many teach it nowadays getting their knowledge from Hollywood movies, not the Bible. Many preach what people want to hear, so the world is not ready for persecution and tribulation. They are not realizing that tribulation is making us strong and it is not the same as wrath of God! Another sign of apostate church is not having discerning what is of Satan and what is of God. Jesus taught us to not be deceived and to love people and the churches are often living for this world not the next, and fostering hateful attitudes not loving attitudes for strangers, homeless, and our enemies.

@Carazaa I suppose I wouldn't have raised it as an issue if it does not accord with your Church's belief system.

This is because, as soon as discussion occurs, other Preachers or Churches are criticised in some way.

Now while you and I might know of the Churches or Preachers who do this, non-Church people don't and will naturally apply it to all Churches. This hinders the work of all Churches.

I chat to people in other Churches with different belief systems to explore the differences and discuss where they came from. This allows me to reflect on my own faith, while not agreeing with their view, but understanding why they have it.

But I would not have that discussion in public so as to not confuse people.

@Zeusdelight Jesus said "Do not be deceived to his own apostles. Jesus said that 5 of the "virgins" waiting for the marriage supper will not go in to the supper but will have the door shut. Jesus said that when he comes with 100 million angels many will say they preached in his name, and he will say to them "I never knew you"

So I want CHristians to really read the Bible and ask God for wisdom if they are turning the other cheek, if they are bearing fruit. Because if we are not bearing fruit then we are not saved. Only saved people are bearing the fruit that Jesus talked about. Only saved people love their enemies, and keep his commands to love God and treat others with the kindness that they themselves want to be treated.

@Carazaa No, there are many non-Christians people who are showing love to people by doing those actions.

Do you think the people who volunteer for charities are not loving people?

Do you think the Good Samaritan was a Christian?

Our World would fall apart if it had to rely solely on Christians to love people.

@Zeusdelight Not all loving people will enter heaven, but not one single christian will enter heaven who is not loving people.
Carazaa · F
@Zeusdelight I changed it to "some" churches 🙂

@Carazaa Thanks.
