Why Do I Feel Like Nobody Likes Me?
Honestly this is a very common question I hear at the beginning of this new year and the answer to this hurtful, frustrating, confusing, mind control feeling is to just stay open.
Please don't close people off because of the fear of getting hurt. You can lose so many opportunities when being closed off. I get it, getting hurt sucks. People cross your boundaries and don't respect you and you have to cut ties with them and it's hard. Especially if you were really close with them.
But I'd rather take a chance in meeting new people and making new connections with the possibility of that outcome then to just be closed off to everybody that hasn't done anything to me yet.
I say this to say, the enemy, especially to high schoolers, goes into the minds of the weak, who are people that are closed off with God, because it is so much easier for the enemy to take control. He will confuse the heck out of you because he craves you feeling lonely and not liking yourself. He wants you to be his victim.
If your conclusion at the end of the day is labeling yourself as something because you feel like you don't fit in, is limiting yourself on what you were meant to do.
Be open to God and talk about your problems with Him. He'll tell you the answers. And if you can't hear Him ask yourself why? Is it your lifestyle that's blocking out the sound of your spirit?
If you have any questions you can ask me but when you talk to the wall and picture God, He will answer anything and everything faster than me.
